#AWSConnect Deployment Options

AWS Connect is a cloud based call center, a self contained instance that is entirely for your company and not shared with anyone else! Dextr can help you design, deploy and manage your call center using either of these two models:

Your own AWS Portal – In this scenario, the Dextr development team will log into your company AWS account and develop the call center per your specifications and using credentials supplied by your team. In this scenario you have direct billing relationship with AWS.

Use the Dextr AWS Portal – In this scenario, the Dextr development team will build out your call center, per your specifications within the Dextr AWS portal. Billing will be through Dextr and your company.
