The basic build out of an AWS Connect call center is in some respects well within the ability of a Call Center manager with no software engineering experience to implement. However, no call center is an island! It is rare to find a call center that does not have a requirement for some kind of “data dip” to an enterprise database, or a requirement to integrate with Salesforce or some other popular CRM package! This is will require assistance from folks skilled in software engineering.

The Dextr team consists of Amazon Certified Solutions Architects, System Operators and Development Operations engineers. The entire team has a core competency in software engineering using popular web technologies including Node.js, Javascript, Lambda, Dynamodb, Lex (speech recognition), Poly (Tech to Speech) and basically all the Amazon family of services!
