If you have an Amazon Connect Contact Center, your instance administrator can onboard Dextr in about 15 minutes! Optionally, we are please to do this for you, just give us a call. If you do not have an Amazon Connect Call Center we can stand up a inbound 5 Customer service Queue 10 agent (you can add all the agent you want) for about $1995 with a Dextr subscription. Dextr is now available through the AWS Marketplace enabling a single bill for both Amazon Connect and Dextr Agent Dashboard!
Dextr billing options:
1. All the features in Dextr are included.
Billed at a flat rate of about $1 per agent per 8 hour day or a metered rate of $.003 per agent minute.
2. Prepaid Annual and Volume Discounts
This arrangement is based on Contract and billed through the AWS Marketplace.
We offer discounts for Quarterly and Annual pre-payments, and for volume commitments.
Please be aware that you will be billed by AWS for your Amazon Connect instance at a rate of $.018. This would bring your cost, for voice only, to approximately $.021 per connected minute (Amazon Connect + Dextr) if you use the metered rate for Dextr of $.003.
