Dextr as a Managed Service Option

Dextr offers a managed service or “rental” option provides a “ready to use” fully featured, omni-channel inbound call center.  Designed for those who need a cloud call center for near immediate use,  all you need to provide is your Agents,  their computers and an Internet connection!

We offer two options to meet your call center requirements:  a custom built solution and a pre-configured service option:

Dextr Preconfigured Option

A main Telephone Number that when called is answered by a customized “your company name” and greeting, optional IVR call tree with three customer service queues that you name (i.e. customer service, sales, technical support, etc.),  multiple language skills and unlimited agents.   Callers awaiting service by the next available Agent will be offered the option to continue to hold, request a call back, or leave a voice message.   Your call center will have the option for routing inbound voice, text messages, email and website Chat sessions to your Agents.  Dextr also provides voice and IM options for Agent to Agent collaboration without running up your usage minutes!  Dextr comes with a complete historical reporting package and real time metrics of Agent and Queue Status.  Calls can be recorded and chat transcripts can also be archived.

Dextr Custom Built Solution

Using the same basic profile as described above, Dextr will customize the callers experience to meet your specific requirements.  This option may include integration options for popular CRM packages,  Voice Recognition options for IVR,  Custom contact attributes, “Dial by name” Personal Queues for routing callers to non-agent team members who may work in the field or outside the call center.  Dextr also provide voice and IM options for Agent to Agent collaboration without running up your usage minutes! Dextr comes with a complete historical reporting package and real time metrics of Agent and Queue Status.  Calls can be recorded and chat transcripts can also be archived.

Dextr Pricing Options

Either option will be bundled with ongoing technical support to assist your team in matters specific to the configuration and operation of your Dextr call center.   Dextr is priced at .03 a connected minute plus your direct telecom costs for phone numbers (Toll or DID) and usage per Amazon Published price list. Billing is on a “prepaid” basis and you will be required to maintain a credit balance and upfront deposit consistent with your expected run rate.  Custom built call centers will have an professional service fee that will be credited back over the usage period.
